What are you selling now? Do you think besides the processes part of the solution is a sustainable business model and product portfolio?

That’s a really good question, David. If I take a moment to reflect, I’d say the business model hasn’t changed significantly, but the product portfolio definitely has. I’m much more analytical and strategic now when it comes to choosing what to sell—and that plays a big role in the success. But ultimately, I believe it’s the processes and everything I’ve learned along the way that have the biggest impact on how my businesses perform today.
